Duties and responsibilities related to theSousChefrole:

Support senior chefs in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, andhigh standardsof food quality and presentation.Lead by example, managing and motivating the team tomaintainsmooth and organised operations.Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and the implementation of culinary standards.Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency,portioncontrol, and adherence to recipes.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Collaborate with other departments to meet service requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.

About You

You will have proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume kitchen. A skilled culinary professional, you bring strong leadership andorganisationalabilities, along with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
