We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Sous Chef – All Day Dining Restaurant with a strong culinary background in hospitality to join our energetic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The All Day Dining Restaurant operates as a large-scale, high-volume outlet with approximately 220 seating capacity. Therefore, candidates must have proven experience managing large kitchen operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.

The Sous Chef – All Day Dining Restaurant will assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of kitchen operations and administration. This role supports the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
