Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually. **Job Summary** As the **Sous Chef** , you will support the daily culinary operations within a healthcare food service department. This role assists with supervising food production, preparing and cooking menu items, and ensuring high‑quality presentation for both patient and retail services. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, support ordering and inventory processes, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
