About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team in London W2 6BD. This role is key in supporting the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining compliance with all standards, and driving profitability through excellence in execution. You will play a hands-on role in food preparation, leadership, and kitchen management, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery within hospitality and events.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sous Chef role.Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).Strong communication and leadership skills.Good IT literacy and organisational abilities.Desirable:
Experience in a standards or compliance-led environment.Previous background in Business & Industry catering.Demonstrated customer focus and service orientation.
