**Description:** To assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the daily kitchen operations of Italian restaurant “Olivio,” ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained. As Assistant Manager / Sous Chef, the role supports the management of kitchen staff, preparation processes, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict food hygiene and safety standards.
