Job Purpose:

This role reports directly to a Sourcing Manager and requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Procurement and Sourcing activities to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing processes. Responsibility also extends to procurement governance, vendor management and deliver contract/ Procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits. This role requires experience in procurement and or facilities management to support the portfolio of facilities in NCC. This includes engagement with local teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs. Closely supporting Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Sourcing and Facilities Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client and the JLL global operation.

Responsibilities:

Functional ResponsibilityManage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL. Setting savings targets and goals and developing metrics for tracking.Provide account support in managing the JLL Procurement Module. This includes vendor performance management and providing regular reporting to client accounts teams.Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and Sourcing vision to the client, JLL, vendors and strategic alliance partners.Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.Implement and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, cost parameters and tools/templates. Implementing and maintaining procurement rules and standards set by JLL and the client.Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with approved standards.Focus on priorities, own activities and processes, quickly identify and engage with the right people to achieve desired results.   Aligned regulations of Latin American countries, including Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.Generate communications for purchasing teams in the Latin American region to align macroeconomic impacts on services from suppliers in each country.Client/Stakeholder ManagementAssist in the process of developing vendor management strategy and sourcing activity.Active vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews.Drive business relationship with other team members.

Business OperationsResponsible for searching out new competitive opportunities within the assigned categories and drive the category to ensure an industry leading position forEnsure sourcing strategies are aligned to global category strategy, plan and targets.Continually assess the global and regional market environment, supply base and identify major industry trends and threats. Use this knowledge to define optimum strategy for the group.  

Sourcing and Procurement activities

Develop and implement price agreements with the suppliers on spot buys, and follow all proper approval procedures according the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.Source all expense requirements delivering as a result a sourcing analysis for the internal client within 5 business days.To monitor and follow-up deliveries, claims, returns and exchanges of the services/goods when required.Commercial liaison between services requesters (from JLL) and the suppliers, (manage day-to-day issues and relationships) for the spot buys of expense or capital.Ensure compliance with JLL Policies and Procedures, LA Sourcing Guidelines and the client’s Internal Controls.Perform self-assessments tests on a quarterly basis.Support sourcing activities: Assist the sourcing team with   

      various activities, such as RFQ management, vendor

       collaborations, and contract administration.

value based on objective criteria.To link supplier capabilities with JLL’s client’s business needs for competitive advantage.Deliver Hard Savings and Cost Avoidance for our operation. Track and report all savings achieved.Develop and implement agreements with the suppliers, and follow all proper approval procedures according the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.Support to the Regional Sourcing Coordinator or Regional Sourcing Manager in developing sourcing strategies by providing information as required.Key facilitator for change management issues, by easing any changing process and making them happen properly..Manage blocked invoices reports and follow-up with vendors, finance and other key contacts.Create saving initiativesReview scored minimum one per year per contracts

Vendor and Contract Management

Responsible for maintaining vendor’s files according to JLL’s contractual policies, procedures and standards.Such files can include contracts, amendments, certificates of insurance, letters and other legal or no legal documentation for global, regional or local agreements.

Requirements:

· College or technical institute's degree. Titles on business administration are preferred.

2 years of background experience in purchases, logistics, finance or supply chain management.Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

· Advance spoken and written business English. Portuguese is a plus.

· Excellent organizational, grammatical, and time-management and communication (verbal and written) skills.

· Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work requests.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.

· Ability to follow deal process from conceptualization for final submission.

Highly motivated and willing to go the extra step. Highly Proactive.

General
