Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Senior
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist Senior to collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers in sourcing and recruiting talent. This role involves employing proactive recruitment strategies to create pipelines of qualified candidates across various geographic areas to meet our organization’s evolving workforce planning needs.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop extensive pools of highly qualified diverse candidates to meet current and future organizational needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of job requirements and expectations.Conduct research on talent markets to understand supply vs. demand, competitor intelligence, and optimal places to find talent.Build applicant sources and implement creative recruiting strategies utilizing digital platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.Promote a consistent company brand to candidates and applicants.Participate in innovative resource strategies, such as collaborating with initiatives like US Army PaYS and employee resource groups to encourage diverse candidate slates.Utilize hiring and sourcing statistics to make informed decisions and continually improve recruitment processes.Develop and maintain professional relationships with college and community college placement offices to generate qualified applicants.Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to attract qualified applicants.Source and refer qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for consideration.Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging in professional organizations.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience.Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management-level exempt positions.Three years of experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Business acumen.Global cultural awareness.Relationship management and consulting/coaching skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license.Some travel may be required, up to 10%.Work Environment

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located within 50 miles of Columbus, OH, Tulsa, OK, or Roanoke, VA. The position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment, with occasional travel to attend job fairs and networking events.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
