Join a dynamic and innovative recruiting team dedicated to supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS) technical teams. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving candidate generation strategies and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
ResponsibilitiesEngage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines.Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, agency background preferred.Experience in heavy call and email communication.Previous experience or knowledge in Boolean searches.High volume recruiting experience through phone, email, and text.CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of high volume recruiting experience; supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs.1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources.Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates.Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.Work Environment
Work on-site five days a week in Arlington, VA. Be part of a newly formed sourcing team within AWS, supporting Data Center hiring. This role offers a high chance of extension and potential for conversion to full-time if located in Seattle or HQ2 regions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
