Job Description
This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on sourcing operations managers (L5 and L6) for a centralized sourcing team. The recruiter identifies, engages, and hires top talent through a combination of passive and active sourcing strategies, manages the interview and offer process, and supports new hires through orientation and onboarding. The position requires strong judgment, creativity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring teams.
ResponsibilitiesSource and attract qualified candidates for L5 and L6 operations manager roles within a centralized sourcing team.Develop and execute creative passive sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean search techniques and multiple channels.Conduct technical and non-technical recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition intake, candidate outreach, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.Perform reference checks and verify candidate information to ensure alignment with role requirements.Extend offers to selected candidates and support them through the acceptance and pre-onboarding process.Conduct orientation for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.Leverage extensive recruiting experience and judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish hiring goals.Lead and direct the work of others when needed, providing guidance on sourcing strategies and best practices.Apply a wide degree of creativity and latitude in identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent.Stay familiar with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and sourcing tools to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates, with a focus on passive talent acquisition.Strong Boolean search skills and demonstrated ability to conduct effective passive sourcing.Experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter, with exposure to both technical and non-technical roles.Proven background in non-technical recruiting and full-cycle recruiting processes.Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring workflows.Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer management.Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruiting goals.Capability to perform a variety of recruiting and HR-related tasks independently.Ability to lead and direct the work of others when required.Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree is preferred and may be required for this role.5–8 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in both technical and non-technical sourcing environments is highly valued.background in tech sourcing is considered a strong plus due to advanced Boolean and creative sourcing capabilities.Experience recruiting operations managers or similar leadership roles is an advantage.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.Ability to operate with a high degree of creativity, autonomy, and latitude in day-to-day work.Work Environment
This position operates in a professional, corporate recruiting environment that is 100% remote. The role relies heavily on digital tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, online sourcing channels, and virtual communication tools for candidate outreach, interviews, and collaboration with hiring teams. The recruiter manages a variety of tasks concurrently and works closely with a centralized sourcing team, while typically reporting to a manager or head of a unit or department.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
