Hiring for a Recruiter to support high volume sourcing efforts for a large tech company in Seattle, WA!
Job Description
This role sits within a field sourcing team that supports Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Health and Safety, and Direct Operations functions by identifying and engaging high-quality external talent. You will focus on high-volume passive sourcing across both technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with offer and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The position is a backfill created due to team restructuring and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive recruiting team that values adaptability and best-practice process improvements.
Responsibilities
Identify, source, and engage external candidates for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on high-volume passive sourcing.Deliver approximately 70% of weekly effort toward sourcing external candidates and building strong talent pipelines.Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including initial outreach, candidate engagement, and handoff for interview scheduling.Partner closely with the offer and onboarding teams to support a seamless transition from candidate selection to hire.Support recruiting efforts across both technical and non-technical positions, adjusting sourcing strategies to meet diverse hiring needs.Participate in weekly meetings (approximately 20–30% of time) with recruiting partners and stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and progress.Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to track candidates, maintain accurate data, and report on sourcing activity.Adapt quickly to changes in processes and contribute to implementing best practices that improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.Engage with external candidates in a professional and timely manner, representing the organization’s culture and opportunities clearly.Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Health and Safety, and Direct Operations to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.Essential Skills
At least 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles.Proven experience with high-volume passive sourcing, including outreach and engagement of candidates who are not actively applying.Strong recruiting and sourcing skills across both technical and non-technical positions.Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced recruiting environment.Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.Effective communication skills for engaging with external candidates and internal stakeholders.Experience collaborating with offer and onboarding teams to support the hiring process.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting background is highly beneficial.Technical recruiting experience is a strong plus.Experience working in or with large technology companies is preferred.Familiarity with sourcing for Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, Health and Safety, or operations roles is an advantage.Experience as a recruiter or sourcer within large, complex organizations is desirable.Demonstrated ability to contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices in sourcing.Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in Seattle, WA, operating on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week). The role does not typically require overtime, weekend, or holiday work. You will work in a collaborative recruiting environment as part of a field sourcing team that supports multiple operational business groups. The team culture is described as positive and supportive, with a focus on partnership, communication, and continuous improvement in sourcing practices. You will use standard recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and collaborate with offer and onboarding partners in a professional office setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
