Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.

2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
3. Works independently and collaboratively to find staffing solutions that are proactive and innovative to meet the operational goals of the hospital system.
4. Utilizes sourcing tools such as social media, internet and data base mining, cold calling, networking and developing relationships to identify recruits for the McLeod Health system.
5. Works closely with other Recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs.
6. Remains knowledgeable in the mission, vision, and values of McLeod Health as to accurately and positively present the advantages of working at a McLeod entity to potential recruits.
7. Strive to meet the quarterly and annual goals as set by Leadership
8. Inspire work team to grow in their profession and improve in the area of sourcing. Serve as a knowledge expert to the work team in new technologies and innovation as it relates to candidate sourcing and the software for Candidate Relationship Management.
9. Provides qualified, pre-screened candidates to the Recruiter in accordance to the needs that have been communicated by the hiring manager.
10. Maintains ongoing relationships with high potential candidates for future openings and keeps records of potential candidates for future reference, including pipeline of passive candidates.
11. Sources candidates through passive and active tactics. Activities include, but are not limited to, placing job postings through appropriate job boards, proactively searching for and communicating with candidates, planning recruitment events and facilitating referrals programs.
12. Maintains professional growth and development through continuing education, seminars, workshops and professional affiliations.
13. Leads (or coordinates) the development and execution of campus recruitment program(s) each year. Travels to career fairs to serve as McLeod Health Sourcing Recruiter
Qualifications/Training:
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/candidate sourcing or related work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. An aptitude and adaptability to learn various software products.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related science from an accredited school; Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirement.
