Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing–Purchasing and Spare Parts Administrator to manage procurement activities and ensure the effective availability of spare parts to support operational continuity. The role is responsible for supplier sourcing, purchasing execution, spare parts administration, and inventory coordination, working closely with our Team and external vendors. Fixed-term initial contract with opportunities for future development.

>Company cars leasing
>Local Market (Suppliers & Services) / Plant Bayer
>Issuing of Dispatch Notes
>Suppliers / Contractors assessment
>JDE Parts & Hired Services Orders raise (P2P policy)
>Supplies & Hired Services Contracts Preparation
>Daily Goods receipts (Physical / System)
>Issuing all plant Departments Purchasing Requisitions - Approval Route
>Daily contact with all plant Departments for Purchasing Requisitions
> Plant P2P purchasing Policy

>Creation of Purchases orders
>Expenses invoices receipts through Purchase orders
>Suppliers’ invoices collecting and send to SSC
Spare Parts handling / monitoring / Spares Warehouse Keeper
>Daily receipts of invoices (P2P policy)
>Daily Spares system records (receipts / deliveries / orders)
>Rolling (monthly) & Annual Spares & secondary packaging/Inventory
>Spares Warehouse arrangements
QA / EHS & SARBOX Systems Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if:
