**Where is the work:**
On-Site (5 days)
**What you will do:**
+ Lead end-to-end procurement activities for electronic components and materials, including sourcing, cost analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
+ Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Operations to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies that meet cost, quality, and lead-time targets.
+ Manage supplier relationships—monitoring performance, risk, quality, and capacity to ensure alignment with business needs.
+ Develop and drive category strategies that balance short-term demand with long-term supply chain resilience.
+ Oversee procurement project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met across multiple programs.
+ Evaluate market trends, component obsolescence, and global supply conditions to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of supply.
+ Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure sourcing readiness, supplier qualification, and early design involvement.
+ Lead or support cost-reduction and value-engineering initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Maintain accurate supplier and material master data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
+ Report procurement metrics (cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier quality) to leadership and recommend improvements.
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management, preferably within the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.
+ Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB assemblies, and semiconductor sourcing.
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., FourthShift, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**
$72,611.66 - $101,394.99
