Sourcing Manager ARKET Café

Job Description

As a Sourcing Manager for ARKET Café, you will translate our café concept into sourcing needs, secure a reliable supply chain, and optimize costs while maintaining quality and sustainability. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, global environment. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

What you will do: 

Select and manage suppliers, producers, and wholesalers for existing and new markets. Develop purchase plans to support growth and profitability across all sales channels. Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance and compliance. Maintain product pricing and article updates in the ARKET Café database. Drive sourcing projects and continuous improvements in line with our sourcing process. Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

You will collaborate closely with the Café Operations Manager, Global Business Manager, Café Coordinators, Creative Lead, and regional café teams across multiple markets. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams within ARKET to ensure alignment on strategies. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

Experience in sourcing or buying. Café, restaurant, or food industry is a bonus Interest in café and food trends  Familiarity with FMCG and/or international markets Strong negotiation and contract management skills Fluent in English (verbal and written) Understanding of compliance, traceability, and certification requirements

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a full-time temporary contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible for one year.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
