What this job involves:
As a Sourcing Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a strategic subject matter expert driving procurement excellence across the organization while supporting e-commerce initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. This pivotal role requires you to collaborate closely with JLL sourcing teams, facility management professionals, and property management groups to deliver immediate and long-term benefits to our clients. You'll develop and implement regional and national sourcing programs while conducting market trend analyses that inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise in supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle governance, and compliance oversight will directly contribute to JLL's ability to provide exceptional value to clients while maintaining rigorous standards for risk management and ethical practices. This position offers the opportunity to make significant impact on procurement strategy while working in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management programsConduct market trend analyses in specific procurement categories, evaluating supplier bases and industry changes to provide actionable insights to Supply Chain and business stakeholdersManage RFP/bid processes, providing guidance to operations teams while ensuring compliance with JLL and client sourcing policies and risk management protocolsOversee contract lifecycle management, including managed agent contracts, working closely with Corporate Legal and Risk ManagementLead preferred supplier performance review meetings to maintain accountability and drive continuous improvementSupport JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives and optimize digital procurement platformsEstablish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams to ensure client and customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications:
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly v-lookups and pivot tables for manipulating large data setsExperience with online bid and contract management platformsDemonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProven experience with RFP and/or Work Order systemsStrong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersBackground in supplier relationship management and performance programsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in corporate procurement or sourcing within commercial real estate or facilities managementKnowledge of procurement best practices and industry benchmarksExperience with e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiativesBackground in contract negotiation and supplier performance managementProject management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyUnderstanding of global sourcing principles and international supplier managementLocation: Onsite

Estimated total compensation for this position:
115,500.00 – 137,500.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
