**Duration:** 10 Months Contract with possible extension **Job Description:** This role will be dedicated to Clif Bar legacy and organic ingredient categories. Support Clif Bar Ingredient Sourcing migration (processes, contracts, etc.). Apply judgement to determine how to best apply new processes to secure best value. Be a change management advocate with external and internal business partners **Responsibilities:** + Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategy for Ingredient Categories + Analyze spend data and understand the business needs. + Provide market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities. + Conduct bids and negotiate high value supply agreements with key suppliers + Coordinate contract implementation and ensure smooth contract execution. + Executes complex sourcing strategies with a range of different interventions using the full set of tools, materials, techniques, and systems available. + Expected to give regular strategy updates and presentations to executive level stakeholders. **Experience:** + Proactively identify supply continuity risks and develop mitigation plans. + Lead business continuity projects for ingredient spend area- collaborate with cross functional team to ensure strategy is aligned with business and prioritization is clear + Work with supplier on Business Contingency plans for supply risk Stakeholder Management + Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders from R&D, CPRM, Ops. Team, Sustainability, Compliance and Finance. + Manage internal customer feedback and supplier performance. Food industry experience preferred.
