Key job responsibilities
Operate as a single-threaded leader balancing long-term business strategy with short-term execution, influencing stakeholders across Amazon Fresh, Amazon Stores, Finance and Supply Chain
Set the vision and strategy for the sourcing function and engages across cross-functional leaders to formulate the broader organization vision
Presents strategy documents and gains buy-in with Directors and VP stakeholders across partner teams
Provide strategic oversight and leadership to a team of 25+ employees across Vendor Management and Program Management functions
Own the supplier strategy and engagement plans, directly establishing strong relationships with key suppliers
Coach and develop a team of senior leaders/ managers
Own governance and operational rigor of business inputs – net COGS, supplier fill rates, sales performance
Demonstrates nuanced understanding of the Grocery industry and acts as thought leader within the WW Private Brands organization
Provide strategic guidance for key VP and SVP Goals for the business – country expansion, channel expansion and long-term strategic supplier frameworks
