The SAP Ariba Systems & Procurement Projects Analyst supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of procurement systems and initiatives across the organization. This role provides functional system support, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure SAP Ariba solutions are stable, optimized, and aligned with evolving business needs. By combining system expertise with strong project management capabilities, the role enables consistent, high‑quality procurement delivery and successful adoption of new tools and processes.

As a SAP Ariba Systems & Procurement Projects Analyst, you will be responsible for: · Providing day‑to‑day functional support for SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Management, ensuring reliable and efficient system operation. · Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, partnering with internal IT teams and external vendors to drive timely and effective resolutions. · Maintaining and administering system configurations, user roles, permissions, and master data in line with governance and compliance requirements. · Monitoring system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending enhancements to optimize procurement processes and user experience. · Developing and delivering user training sessions, job aids, and user guides to support adoption and effective use of SAP Ariba solutions. · Leading and managing procurement‑related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations. · Developing project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. · Coordinating cross‑functional teams across procurement, sourcing, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. · Tracking project progress, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders. · Supporting change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions and sustained adoption of new systems and processes.

To be successful in this role you will: ·

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Have a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions combined with proven project management experience.

Have a strong understanding of end‑to‑end procurement and source‑to‑pay processes, including systems integration concepts.

Have excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both technical teams and business users.

Have proficiency in MS365 applications and project management tools. · Have strong expertise in the Power Platform, including back‑end development and configuration of Power BI, Power Apps, and related solutions.

Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
