Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers in the agriculture sector. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach. Create marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Meet sales targets and KPIs consistently. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in Agribusiness Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and vendor management skills. Understanding of quality parameters: firmness, color index, sugar level (Brix), and fruit size calibration. Willingness to travel extensively across sourcing areas. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and digital record-keeping tools
