We are proud of being a strategic partner to our business functions. **Job Responsibility:** + Governance and Standardization: -Implement established project governance standards across all initiatives for consistency and quality. Implement governance methods to enhance global capabilities and add business value. -Maintain global governance processes for GBS Sourcing in collaboration with leaders cross sourcing areas. Facilitate budgeting, cost assessments, capacity planning, and decision-making at project level. Drives standardization and consolidation across GBS Sourcing areas.-Manage cross-sourcing area knowledge/document/data management platforms and oversee compliance, audits, and training at global and or local level. + Compliance Enablement: -Supports implementation of a compliant framework to ensure effective governance in a highly regulated environment. Oversees adherence to relevant laws and regulations, direct overall compliance of the GBS Sourcing organization, and serve as the primary liaison with CD Auditing for specific findings. + Performance and Compliance Management: -Oversee the application of COSEA by translating requests into actions, ensuring compliance with global processes at the local level, and managing reports and KPIs. -Manage non-compliance cases, implement automated process improvements, and support audits while following up on lessons learned for continuous improvement. -Handle data breaches and other impactful activities promptly and effectively to safeguard the business. **Job Requirements:** + Degree/education: Master degree or Diploma degree with major such as Business Administration, Lifesience, Economics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance or IT etc. + 5 years and above practical sourcing expertise with a focus on quality in MNC. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is plus. + Demonstrable experienced in Project Management. + Excellent collaborative empowerment skill. + Experience with End to End processes. + Excellent Quality & Compliance culture. + Excellent Mental fortitude & growth skill. + Outstanding knowledge in Sourcing Approach.
