Essential Responsibilities

Candidate should have sound knowledge on Electrical & Electronics commodities, their costing and their major cost drivers, market intelligence etc.Candidate with experience in global sourcing / project sourcing / tendering experience preferredCandidate should be able to forecast the market changes, Foreign exchange fluctuation, commodity rate fluctuation and accordingly work with suppliers on pricing.Candidate should have exceptional achievements in sourcing KPI like Spend, Deflation, Supplier Rationalization, Cash improvement etcShould have worked with good supplier base and stakeholder managementCandidate should have strong analytical ability, data analysis capability and good decision-making capabilityShould have proficiency in working with SAP – MM module and expertise in Micro soft excel, V Lookup, Pivot etc.Candidate should be capable of multi-tasking, handling numerous stakeholder (almost 60 nos) and should be capable of work at ease without stressCandidate should have very good negotiation skills, able to negotiate with suppliers so as to meet the sales target price to win more ordersShould have experience in executing cost out projects (Localization, resourcing projects) , Lead time reduction projects , VA VE projects etc..Candidate should have very good communication skills and good coordination skills

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics or Electrical )                                                                        8-10 years’ experience in Global sourcing / Project sourcing / Commodity sourcing / Strategic sourcing / Supply chain
