**Key Purpose of the Job:** To be responsible for the production operations and coordinate of all activities and projects for the assigned product lines from order placement through product delivery to customers so as to satisfy customer needs and achieve business objectives. **Key Area of Responsibility:** + To execute all the planning & production projects, company strategies and initiatives. Support in all aspects of planning, sampling, production, quality and delivery. + To be responsible and lead the factory/ Merchandiser to follow up bulk production and all planning related projects as well as delivery performance in a timely manner. + Attend line review meetings (by zoom if needed), coordinate with sourcing team to ensure developed products can meet customer’s quality and requirements. Provide alerts for potential issues and give advice for product improvement. + Work closely with vendors, buyers and other relevant divisions to ensure a smooth flow of information and communication. Ensure the schedule of each activities are respected. + To work collaboratively with Quality Assurance Department, Garment Technician Team and Material Supply Team to support for identifying root causes and work for resolution for the quality issue and production issue resolutions proactively. + Monitor VFA Sourcing’s performance and vendors’ individual performance in terms of on time deliveries and quality. + A good team player and support the teammates with an aim to ensure efficient and productive daily operations. + To independent, flexible, open mind and able to cope with changes. **Competence Requirement:** + Technical knowledge of outerwear items will be advantage. + Strong problem solving, negotiating planning and organizational skills. + Detail-minded and stable with good communication skill. + Strong in Excel; analytical skills.
