Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to join our team! This individual will be supporting our contracts inbox from our various hospitals assisting with credentialing, and the paperwork that goes along with managing contracts. This is a hybrid role and employees must be located in Mo. or IL. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Manages and supports system wide identification, implementation, and on-going management opportunities and decision making forums improving effectiveness and quality of health care products and processes by serving as a facilitator, resource for analysis, and a consultant. Responsibilities Participates on best practice exchange teams or other work teams established to effect change. Evaluates, facilitates, develops, and implements improvement strategies throughout the system. Oversees project planning, project management, and progress monitoring and reporting of multidisciplinary teams. Provides consultation and guidance to leaders and members of clinical and administrative teams in improvement methodologies. May manage a portfolio under < $25M, while supporting process improvement. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Related field of study Experience
