Description We’re seeking a skilled Sourcer with exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills to support our Recruiting Team. This team focuses on sourcing and recruiting Independent Operators (Store Owners) for franchise opportunities. You’ll play a key role in identifying top candidates, mapping markets, and generating creative lead pipelines. Responsibilities: + Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, market mapping, and innovative methods to discover and connect with potential candidates. + Candidate Engagement: Execute strong outbound communication strategies (both verbal and written) to reach out cold to candidates while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. + Systems and Tools Expertise: Leverage Salesforce Lightning and major job boards to track, categorize, and optimize recruitment activities. + Data-Driven: Monitor KPIs and manage recruitment data with precision and attention to detail. + Retail/Franchise Domain Experience: Draw upon a working knowledge of business ownership models, P& L basics, merchandising, and store operations to identify suitable candidates. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven proficiency in advanced sourcing and research techniques, including Boolean logic and market mapping. + Strong communication skills; comfortable with initiating and maintaining cold outreach to candidates. + Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, major job boards, and recruitment systems. + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage KPIs and recruitment metrics effectively. + Previous experience in the retail/franchise sector is preferred.
