Sign on bonus up to $15,000.00 for qualified candidates Key Responsibilities: + Performing Ultrasound Examinations: + Conduct routine ultrasound exams as prescribed. + Review requisitions, evaluate the appropriateness of procedures, and select the appropriate equipment. + Patient and Family Relations: + Assess the physical and emotional status of patients and develop tailored plans to meet their needs. + Create a supportive environment for patients and their families. + Equipment Management: + Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly. + Training and Education: + Provide instruction on pediatric ultrasound procedures to residents, fellows, and students. + Professional Practices: + Participate in departmental meetings, accurately complete documentation, and comply with hospital policies and core values. + Engage in professional development to maintain current knowledge of regulations, standards, and procedures.
