Solvent Value Stream Program Manager
**Job Description** BAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager to support the Solvent Value Stream in our OrdnanceSystems Business (OSI) in Radford VA. The Program Manager will coordinate with operations to help drive schedules, monitor cost, aid in proposal preparation and approval, interface with the customer, develop internal business plans, and present business status to leadership. Responsibilities: + Align with Program Management Office (PMO) to drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes into production where they add the mostvalue. + Work with stakeholders (Ops, SCM, Finance, etc.) to ensure production schedule is maximizing available resources and our businessplan. + Manage production schedule available for Pricing new business, internal financial forecasts, headcount forecasts,etc. + Work with all Functional leaders to ensure proper resource allocation/support. + Along with Operations, develop detailed metrics and shop floor goals that will meet IBP/QBRforecasts. + Responsible for Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management processes for RFAAPproduction/PWS. + Interface between Operations and Finance to support QBR / IBP forecasts as well as EACs whereapplicable. + Establish and track business replated KPIs and metrics + Support Firm or Follow-on contracts for existing products /services. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure pricing provided is meeting businessexpectations. + Support RBA process for existing products, firm, follow-on,etc. + Ensure proposed work fits in available productionschedule. + Support development of BOE, along with Operations and PriceEstimating. + Work with SD/Engineering to develop long range plans to meet business growthgoals. + Coordinate with R&D team to ensure proper business case for new product developmentefforts. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Required** **Education,** **Experience,** & **Skills** + Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalentexperience + Experience in Program Management, Program Controls, or Lifecycle Management(LCM) + Experience in People/Cross-functionalLeadership + Experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projectsconcurrently + Experience in presenting work output to all levels ofmanagement + Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities andassignments + Ability to drive a collaborative, team-oriented environment to support and drive processimpro + Ability to monitor performance through KPis and Metrics and identify risks andopportunities + Ability to own assignments and be fully accountable for theirsuccess + Ability to effectively influence cross-functionalteams + Ability to build relationships with customer and instill confidence in businesscapabilities + Strong written and oral communicationskills + Strong planning and organizationalskills + Strong computer applicationskills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, orsimilar + PMPCertification + A Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term + Experience in Cost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management Systems(EVMS) + Experience in Manufacturing with an understanding of Production processes, Quality Control, and LeanManufacturing + Experience in Plant Management, Business Planning, andAnalysis + Ability to refine and improve PM Data Management and Reportingcapabilities + Strong Data Analytics, Data Visualization, or Reportingskills **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
