We are currently seeking a Solutions/Services Line Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in San Jose, San José (CR-SJ), Costa Rica (CR).

"Job Duties: Position overview: NTT DATA North America is looking for a Solutions/Services Line Senior Specialist Advisor for our Data, Analytics & AI – Global Platform and AI Inside program. The Senior Specialist Advisor will be responsible for the operations management across teams as well as actively contributing in leadership activities for the program, engaging working groups across different areas of the company in order to successfully accomplish the organization’s strategic objectives.

Role:

This role involves working directly with senior leadership and pertaining workgroups in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Practice and product owners and managers, with an end to end oversight in the financial performance of the organization and resource management activities, driving accurate financial and business performance and outcomes. The advisor will also lead and monitor the appropriate development of business engagement, use case lifecycle and vertical applications integration working activities, providing valuable knowledge, process authority insights and collaboration to achieve the program KPIs and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

· Manages operational and financial business areas such as budget, actuals and resource management activities, enabling appropriate management of business operations and performance.

· Engage with Practices and Geos to work on the ecosystem roadmaps, and with program team to incorporate in strategy.

· Maintains applications inventory, securing data accuracy and refresh throughout recurrent engagement with the appointed leaders.

· Leads requirements gathering and management; provides advanced interpretation and recommendations.

· Manages critical project and deliverables to the strategy and makes decisions throughout the lifecycle of the program.

· Identifies, recommends and implements improvements to data collection / tracking, reporting and analysis with both short-term and long-term implications to the organization.

· Regularly interacts, develops and maintains effective relationships with senior leadership in required organizations and participates as a key member in strategy plans and decisions.

Minimum Skills Required: Skills:

· 12-15 years of experience.

· Bachelor in Business Administration or related field. MBA is Preferred.

· Native Spanish. English as a second language.

· Business level market and technical expertise in finance and business operations.

· Advanced strategic focus, influencing skills and program/project management skills.

· Models exceptional influencing, communication, service skills and leadership capabilities.

· Exceptional ability to identify and evaluate business challenges, analytical / problem solving skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Significant travel including overnig.ht domestic or international trips may be required."
