**Description and Requirements**
The primary objective of the Channel Services Sales Executive is to drive and support the growth of Services Sales across the EMEA Distribution network. You will be the key point of contact for all Services & Solutions-related topics for and with the Distributors, with a strong focus on scaling enablement, supporting deployment, and accelerating Lenovo’s Software and Advanced Services offerings through Distribution.
You will act as a Services & Solutions expert, leading the collaboration between Lenovo stakeholders and Distributors to increase visibility, drive execution, and grow Services revenue through a scalable and sustainable model. Your responsibility will include identifying gaps, supporting new opportunities, and co-developing services-led programs with Distributors to strengthen Lenovo’s market presence.
In this role, you will lead the Services engagement with international Distributors across EMEA. Reporting to the EMEA Channel Services Sales Manager, you will work closely with local Channel and Distribution Management teams to develop and execute a consistent, scalable strategy that enhances Lenovo Services sell-out through the Distribution channel.
You will also play a critical role in identifying new incubation areas and developing service-led solutions—including Managed Services, Software & Security offerings, and as-a-Service models—designed for scale through Distribution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and lead a Services Growth Program for Distributors to increase revenue and market visibility across EMEA.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Services-related support within the Distributor network.
+ Drive enablement activities within Distributors, including training, services briefings, and capability development around Deployment and Software.
+ Collaborate with local and regional sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on execution plans and priorities.
+ Develop and support initiatives to improve the Services attach rate and post-sales service offerings across Distributor-led transactions.
+ Plan and execute joint marketing and demand generation activities with Distributors, including campaigns, incentives, and blitz days.
+ Drive adoption of Deployment Solutions (e.g., Microsoft Autopilot) and coordinate delivery readiness in cooperation with Lenovo delivery teams.
+ Provide expert support during Distributor calls and events to promote Lenovo Services and support customer engagements as needed.
+ Build and maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting through regular engagement and reporting.
+ Actively contribute to the growth of Lenovo’s strategic focus areas such as Software, Security, and DaaS/TruScale within the Distributor landscape.
**Requirements:**
+ A “think out of the box” mindset and proactive leadership attitude.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across functions and geographies.
+ 4+ years of experience in Services and Solutions Sales, preferably in a distribution-focused role.
+ 3+ years of experience in Deployment Solutions (e.g., Autopilot) and Services delivery models.
+ Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to develop scalable, repeatable programs for Distributors.
+ Proven ability to identify new opportunities and support the creation of incubation offers.
+ Track record of driving measurable growth and achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
+ Fluent English skills required; other EMEA languages a plus.
+ High motivation, autonomy, and accountability, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
+ Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting is a strong asset.
**Location:**
The position can be based near a Lenovo office in EMEA. Ideally, candidates should live close to a Lenovo location or a major Distributor hub. Milan or Barcelona preferred.
