The Channel Services Sales Executive is responsible for driving and supporting Lenovo Services sales growth across the EMEA Channel market. Acting as the main contact for all Services & Solutions topics within Channel Sales Teams, this role focuses on developing and enhancing solutions in Deployment, Software, Security, AI, and “as-a-Service” models. It leads collaboration between Lenovo internal teams and Business Partners to increase visibility, revenue, and value for partner businesses. The position manages international Business Partners at EMEA level, works closely with local Channel Management, Platinum, and Corporate BPs, and supports the creation of new service areas and Managed Service offerings. Additionally, it develops and runs Channel Growth Programs aimed at strengthening Lenovo’s position as a trusted solutions provider.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the go-to resource for internal teams and Business Partners on Services & Solutions
Support partners on deployment solutions, including calls, meetings, and training
Coordinate marketing activities such as incentives, challenges, and blitz days
Promote Lenovo Services through partner engagement and relationship building
Create accurate forecasts, track performance, and monitor competitor activity
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative service solutions
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Services/Solutions Sales, with strong channel knowledge
Proven expertise in DaaS and other as-a-Service models
Strong collaboration skills, innovative mindset, and proactive approach
Fluent in English and a local language (French or Spanish preferable)
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work confidently with all levels of management
