Position Overview
The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high-margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-margin sales opportunities.
+ Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
+ Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding, mobile guarding and security technologies.
+ Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.
+ Work closely with the Vice President of Client Solutions and Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to market success.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
+ Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
+ Must be at least 18years of age.
+ Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably in security, surveillance, or SaaS environments.
+ Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.
+ Consultative selling approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
+ Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
+ All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
