Role Overview
As a Solutions Program Manager, you'll develop AI-powered automation solutions and lead process improvement initiatives within our Retail Vendor Management team. You'll work directly with technical, business and product teams to build and implement tools that drive efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Bratislava office

Our inclusive for this position starts from EUR 2200 gross per month and depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. What You'll Do
• Build and implement AI-powered solutions (50% of role)
• Manage improvement projects (30% of role)
• Support team adoption, change management and self-development (20% of role)
Key Job responsibilities
- Create and implement AI solutions to automate routine tasks and workflows
- Manage portfolio of up to 5 process improvement projects
- Build and maintain documentation of processes and solutions
- Train and support team members in using new AI tools
- Establish and maintain team-centric innovation hub with regular ideation sessions
- Work with partner teams (business, tech, product) to implement automation solutions
