Our team collaborates closely with global service provider partners to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that transform the telecommunications landscape.
Your Impact
As a CAI Sales Engineer (SE) covering Service Providers, you will be a critical technical leader enabling Cisco’s growth in the ASEAN service provider market. You will:Provide pre-sales technical support and solution expertise to sales teams and partners.Design and present tailored technical solutions aligned with service provider business needs.Collaborate with Global Service Provider (GSP) partners to ensure technical alignment and certification compliance.Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and support proof of concepts.Deliver localized technical support specific to the ASEAN market to enhance partner and customer satisfaction.
Minimum QualificationsProven experience in technical sales engineering within the service provider or telecommunications sector.Strong knowledge of Cisco CAI solutions and service provider technologies.Ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.Experience working with partners and service providers in ASEAN.Relevant Cisco certifications and accreditation knowledge.
Preferred QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in EnglishStrong partner collaboration and enablement skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.Demonstrated strategic planning and business development capabilities.Passion for technology innovation and customer success.
