Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships? JLL Philippines is seeking a Solutions Development Senior Manager to significantly expand our Work Dynamics business, with a primary focus on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Capital/Project offerings. What you'll do:

Strategize and drive business growth: Unlock opportunities, pursue leads, and win new assignments to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the Philippines.

Lead high-value sales engagements: Spearhead contract negotiations, client pitches, and solution crafting for integrated offerings, prioritizing profitability and risk mitigation.

Expand our client base: Actively prospect and broaden JLL's reach across various asset classes and industries, while also maximizing conversions from existing regional and global accounts.

Become a subject matter expert: Represent JLL as a credible authority in Integrated Facilities Management, developing key messaging and leading sales presentations.

Collaborate for success: Work closely with sales, solutions, account, and marketing teams locally and regionally to develop compelling proposals and drive high win rates.

Utilize cutting-edge tools: Embrace JLL's sales processes and CRM technology to manage data analytics and reporting effectively.

Foster best practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales management processes and mentor a dedicated Solutions & Proposal team.

What you'll need:

Extensive corporate sales experience: A bachelor's degree with at least eight years of proven sales, consultation, and leadership experience, ideally within the property and real estate sector, particularly in Integrated Facilities Management.

Financial acumen: Commercial and financial savviness with comfort in working with profit & loss statements.

Client-centric approach: Strong relationship management skills are critical, with a history of building and nurturing client connections.

Analytical and programmatic skills: Excellent abilities in sales data analysis, program management, and strategic planning.

Tech proficiency: Experience with CRM and other sales platforms.

Dynamic and strategic mindset: A passion for success, an appetite for calculated risks, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Resilience and adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with a strong will to succeed.
