Integrated Facilities Management
Our Integrated Facilities Management department is the shining star in our Corporate Solutions business unit. Over the last decade, we have seen steady and sustained growth within the department and now have over 17,000 employees across the APAC region. As our reputation continues to grow, we have needed to adopt a more strategic slant to our business and client development. Our Solutions Development team were set up for exactly this reason!
What this job involves:
Business Development- Does new business light a fire in you? We, too, are just as passionate about growing our portfolio! In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and rewarding client facing sales and business development team. You will strategically identify target clients by developing a client stakeholder mapping and pursuit strategy.Reporting is a key aspect in any matrix organisation. Your strategy will account for this. You will provide monthly management updates on all aspects of the bid process including IFM new business numbers, APAC bid activity, quarterly forecasts, target vs actual performance and new business pipeline tracker.Process Management- What level of exposure do you currently have to the bid process? With your experiences in bid management, you will instinctively take control of all aspects of the process. Included in this will be proposal development, bid clarifications and presentations.Proposal Development- How do you develop a proposal? In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of bespoke and innovative strategies and value propositions. Building the proposal will need you to coordinate with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy around content and pricing. Your strong proposal writing skills will be essential when having to build creative and engaging presentations.Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
Sales & Business Development Expert - Having worked within a Corporate Real Estate environment, you will have experience of strategic sales, business development and client relationship management. You will have worked with and influenced corporate decision makers in the management and deployment of their property portfolio. Your Corporate Real Estate expertise would have been gained from within a facilities, projects or transaction environment. Key Influencer & Collaborator- As a collaboration champion, you will need to be very well received internally, too. Your influencing skills will have helped you navigate and succeed in similar matrix organizations. You thrive on bringing teams together to build bespoke and customized solutions for our clients. Great Communicator- Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You’ll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important.Location:
