Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solutions Development Executive to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales quotas by selling Asset Lifecycle Management solutions within a defined segment of our indirect customer base.
The Asset Lifecycle Management team is a global leader in the sustainable decommissioning and disposition of technology assets, ensuring customer data is safeguarded while repurposing IT equipment in an environmentally sound way.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities and execute upsell strategies for Asset Lifecycle Management services, including remarketing, media destruction and electronic waste recycling, to meet or exceed multimillion-dollar quota goals.
Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Actively engage in partner opportunities to drive sell- through success, including solution design, customer value mapping and joint partner / end customer engagements in support of indirect ITAM sales.
Manage Complex Negotiations: Lead the negotiation process for new and existing accounts to ensure optimal profitability, operational success, and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of direct professional services or consulting sales experience engaging with executive-level buyers.
Strong knowledge of Information Risk Management, IT asset disposition standards, and environmental protection regulations.
Proven ability in strategic account management and translating complex customer needs into powerful value propositions.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college degree.
