If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solutions Development Executive to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales quotas by selling Asset Lifecycle Management solutions within a defined segment of our indirect customer base. The Asset Lifecycle Management team is a global leader in the sustainable decommissioning and disposition of technology assets, ensuring customer data is safeguarded while repurposing IT equipment in an environmentally sound way. **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: + Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities and execute upsell strategies for Asset Lifecycle Management services, including remarketing, media destruction and electronic waste recycling, to meet or exceed multimillion-dollar quota goals. + Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Actively engage in partner opportunities to drive sell- through success, including solution design, customer value mapping and joint partner / end customer engagements in support of indirect ITAM sales. + Manage Complex Negotiations: Lead the negotiation process for new and existing accounts to ensure optimal profitability, operational success, and adherence to Service Level Agreements. **What You'll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + 8+ years of direct professional services or consulting sales experience engaging with executive-level buyers. + Strong knowledge of Information Risk Management, IT asset disposition standards, and environmental protection regulations. + Proven ability in strategic account management and translating complex customer needs into powerful value propositions. + A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college degree. **What We Offer** + Location: Sydney (Preferred) + Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience. + Flexible work options to support your work-life balance. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a global organization of 26,000+ teammates. **Call to Action!** Are you ready to drive sustainability and innovation in the IT asset space?
