Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Developer in the Doral, FL area. Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to support the mission of Global Ethics & Compliance by designing and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance the department's ability to identify, monitor, and respond to risk and compliance concerns across the organization. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and emerging AI technologies. Working closely with the Solutions Architect and departmental stakeholders, the role will translate business needs into impactful digital tools, ensuring alignment with compliance objectives and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also contribute to solution documentation, support, and knowledge sharing to ensure long-term sustainability and adoption. Essential Functions: * Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio, etc.) and, where appropriate, AI capabilities (e.g., Azure AI Foundry). Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and user-friendly, with well-structured data models and thoughtful integration across Microsoft 365 services * Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure continued performance, usability, and alignment with evolving business needs; Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and manage lifecycle updates * Collaborate with stakeholders (including the Solutions Architect and business/process owners) to understand requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and translate needs into technical solutions
