About the role...
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for conducting online seminars to support sales acquisition strategies of our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software solutions into the UK manufacturing market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our market penetration efforts in a key growth sector, working in an entrepreneurial environment to establish and grow our presence.
The solutions consultant must be able to effectively communicate and present our products, set accurate expectations of application capabilities, and represent a positive interaction with our prospects, clients and internal departments.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, person who is organized, confident, results oriented, optimistic and smart. It is important to have a value-added mindset and be willing to continue to learn and be curious.
You'll create impact by:
• Analyze prospect requirements and delivers a targeted or full solution product demonstration based on needs analysis. Ability to provide multiple demonstrations daily.• Responsible for group, private, and marketed online seminars. Speaks to large and small audiences in person and/or online.• Works closely with the Manufacturing Sales team daily as a key product advisor and advocate.• Builds and designs presentations for speaking engagements and online seminars.• Diligently researches professional and technical development opportunities.• Works collaboratively and strategically with the Brightly Marketing team in their marketing efforts.• Has the ability to take business needs or challenges and translate them into the right solution.• Owns technical/product aspects of consultations given to prospects.• Works with Solutions Consultant Team, Account Executives, Account Managers, Development & Marketing to address market needs and helps them understand the competitive environment.
Your success is grounded in:
• Prior Manufacturing experience or industry knowledge• Experience in Asset Management and CMMS systems• Experience in selling SaaS solutions• Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work environment; handles competing demands and is able to deal with change.• Ability to handle multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.• Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite meetings, trade shows and conferences as needed.
