Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Full Stack Developer to join our team. This hybrid role combines solution architecture with hands-on full stack development, with Java back-end expertise as a mandatory requirement. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and product managers to design and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technology strategy, leading architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architecture and implementations. • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications. • Contribute to solution delivery as a hands-on full stack developer. • Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and enterprise tools. • Ensure solutions meet standards for security, compliance, performance, and scalability. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog refinement. • Mentor development teams, fostering technical growth and best practices. • Lead cross-functional technical discussions and architectural reviews. • Drive architectural governance and alignment across enterprise standards. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of software development experience. • 5+ years of hands-on Java back-end development (mandatory). • Minimum 3+ years of experience in solution architecture. • Proven full stack development experience (front-end + back-end). • Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered). • Excellent communication and leadership skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Specific Technical Skills Required • Java : Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs. • Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or similar. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP). • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of API design and integration. • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. • Ability to create and interpret UML diagrams and architecture blueprints. • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and security best practices. • Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is an asset.
