We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Solution Architect, Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner the HSD located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Provides enterprise architecture services to support engineering designs, analysis, diagrams, development, implementation, integration, and transformation activities, including intelligence platforms
Develops and maintains DoDAF architecture products that conform to DoD and Army standards (e.g., DISA, RMF, DoD EA Reference Models); provides reference and objective architectures, network diagrams, and architecture views (e.g., OV, SV); and ensures standardized best practices are used
Develops, integrates, and maintains current architectures and views, including graphically documenting architectures and topologies, and supports the Zero Trust implementation
Develops and maintains analyses, detailed designs and build phases, detailed schematics, design and solution strategies, high-level and detailed process flows, information assurance, disaster recovery and continuity of operations, configuration specifications, and testing requirements
Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into networks and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency
Participates in and assists with operational evaluations of advanced technologies and supports assessment of impact to current systems
Develops standards, processes, and tools to identify and document intelligence shortfalls and resource requirements associated with current and emerging intelligence systems
Ensures architectures are interoperable with NATO architectures and multinational partners
Possesses and uses comprehensive knowledge of network topologies, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud connectivity, and O&M
Defines Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Campus Area Networks (CANs), wireless, and Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) architectures
Provides systems integration, network engineering, load balancing, and DNS development to align and integrate existing systems with current enterprise architectures
Analyzes system requirements, designs, analysis, and verification and validation activities enabled by Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across the digital thread and the engineering lifecycle, including Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) activities for traceability and RTM generation
May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS +8-12 years experience
Certification - 8140 - FITSP-D or GDSA or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP or GSEC
Possesses mastery of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of network topologies, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud connectivity, ensuring interoperability.
Exhibits strategic expertise in developing and maintaining complex architecture products, including reference and objective architectures, network diagrams, and various architecture views.
Commands proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools, supporting the entire engineering lifecycle from requirements analysis to verification and validation.
Desired familiarity with NATO architectures and DoD and Army standards such as DODAF, DISA, and RMF.
Excels in assessing emerging technologies and policies for integration into existing systems, improving efficiency, security, and resiliency.
Displays leadership in developing standards, processes, and tools for identifying intelligence shortfalls and resource requirements in current and emerging intelligence systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
