**The Opportunity:** Solutions Architect, Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)

**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the detailed assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, and complex cost calculations for hardware asset management and workplace Information Technology (IT) solutions.
You will join a high-impact Commercial Team dedicated to driving innovation and shaping the future of our clients' success through transformative IT service solutions.
**What You’ll Do**
In this role, you will:
+ Lead Solution Design: Develop innovative, cost-efficient, end-to-end service designs—including technical and commercial frameworks—with a focus on Device as a Service (DaaS) and workplace IT infrastructure to meet client needs while ensuring profitability.
+ Drive Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to conduct detailed discovery and business process analysis, delivering customized demonstrations and responding to large Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities for specialized hardware services.
+ Oversee Project Success: Manage the implementation of proposed solutions by working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards.
**What You’ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ Substantial (ideally 5+ years) of experience in Technical Pre-Sales or the service outsourcing industry.
+ Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), specifically regarding hardware lifecycles (procurement, deployment, and disposition) and the IT Hardware market sector.
+ Proven ability in analytical and financial fluency, with the skill to calculate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for complex B2B (Business to Business) integrations.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
+ Business fluency in English
