Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business /operations stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Mid level experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingAdvanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams and data-driven insightsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectivesDemonstrated proficiency in leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations and managing dependencies in complex projectsExperience in Agile methodologies as a Business Analyst Experience in collecting, organizing and tracking requirements as User StoriesExcellent analytical skills, especially pertaining to data analysisExperience in gathering requirements and working with technical staff to develop systems designsMust have experience with the following set of tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
