2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirementsBaseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in applied architecture principles and the ability to understand the alignment of technology with business strategyDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesFamiliarity with technical solution concepts and vendor products, supporting technical solution implementationProficiency in data visualization and analytics, including experience with extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and using data-informed decision-making to support key business initiatives. Planning against an End-to-End UAT test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation.Strong technical writing skills, translating complex information clearly for stakeholders.
