Job Responsibilities
Create and prepare business cases to support design of solutions, products and enhancements that will deliver on the strategic objectives of product house or business unitInvestigate new solution development and enhancements and assist with preparation of business cases and assist with the specifications thereof.Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize FNB risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.Formulate solutions in response to the business vision, mission and objectives, product house and customer requirements and industry initiatives.Provide advice, assistance or actively participate in formulating and presenting new business or client solutions or proposals to relevant stakeholders. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsDevelop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvementsEnsure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processesCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationCan solve problems in a strategic and comprehensive manner Can apply strategic thoughts to understand the reasons for thinking about all choices and the causes for making a decisionWork across multiple deliverables simultaneously and apply the same amount of focus on all deliverables Obtain a thorough analysis of the client's business, process and systems requirements and obtain industry knowledge and understanding of the assigned market segment.Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
Experience - 5 to7 years project management experienceNice to have: Understanding of Credit Systems – FACT and CAS/CADKnowledge Required: Solution viability assessment and business case orientationStrong understanding of business process definition and re-engineering requirementsExperience in documenting and implementing projects/ initiatives in line with business vision and strategyStrong knowledge and use of design process toolsExperience in usage of Jira and ConfluenceYou Will Have Access To
