To manage the development of innovative solutions and ensure that existing solutions are effectively delivered and provide business value To define business requirements, managing and facilitating the development process from concept through to launch, maintaining a focus on identifying and meeting market requirements and achieving business objectivesProvide support for effective Risk Assessment.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.Manages risks in own area of responsibility.Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standardsControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.Consult with business to define, scope and document specifications.Conduct research to identify the ideal target market for product launches by coordinating cross functional research.
