Drives effective Business Development within the IQVIA portfolio of Market Data services in Norway to secure effective market penetration and to drive up market share. Effectively uses the disruption in the DK/NO market data environment to position IQVIA as the unique data source for services across Life-Science and Consumer Health.
Contribute with input to extension of the IQVIA portfolio within market data to include patient dynamics and other new data sources to support our clients commercial excellence.
Provides the key client relationship to a major client or clients through relationships with executives and leaders in the client organization in a part of a large or mid-sized market or part of a large region. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities.

Essential Functions
• Develops a deep understanding of Norwegian pharma and life science market dynamics to drive new revenue and exceed sales targets for IQVIA’s market data and analytics solutions across the Nordic region.
• Acts as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on how IQVIA market data and analytics can support their brand performance and commercial excellence.
• Identifies, qualifies, and leads pursuit of new sales opportunities, focusing on expansion of IQVIA data subscriptions, upgrades, cross sell, and adoption of advanced analytics within Norwegian accounts.
• Engages with key decision-makers across commercial, market access, insights, finance, and IT functions within Pharma and Consumer health to progress opportunities and build strong pipeline.
• Represents IQVIA’s data and analytics capabilities in all commercial interactions, clearly articulating product value, methodology, differentiation, and use cases to both existing and prospective customers.
• Ensures strong customer satisfaction with delivered services; works with Nordic Client Services to resolve issues and maintain high renewal and retention rates.
• Manages the full lifecycle of subscriptions — from scoping and pricing to contract negotiation, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborates proactively with Nordic and global sales teams to pursue multi-country opportunities, ensuring alignment on pricing, value propositions, and cross-border delivery models.
• Contributes to national and Nordic commercial strategy by providing market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to help shape product development and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• Five (5) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred)
