Position OverviewThe Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-margin sales opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding, mobile guarding and security technologies.
Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.
Work closely with the Vice President of Client Solutions and Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to-market success.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
QualificationsProven track record of success in technology sales, preferably in security, surveillance, or Saas environments.
Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.
Consultative selling approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
