Solution Sales Executive

Public Sector

Responsibilities

Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend LPS presence in public sector clientsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Identify and gather intelligence on client needs and requirements in public sectorWork closely with Technology Solution Group to identify, pursue and convert opportunitiesServes as a strategic partner to customer, develop and manage client relationships to ensure customer successDevelop strategies for deeper penetration for existing customer baseBuild and monitor long range account plans and relationship mapsQualify and respond to tenders/ RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs, in conjunction with Sales and Technology Solution Groups, on new business opportunities. Oversee the bid process, co-ordinate all parties involved to ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is complete and accurate, whilst also best reflecting the company’s service and abilities.

Experience & Skills

University graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ business development experienceExperience in selling or delivering technology solutions to public sector clientsUnderstanding of the IT services & consulting and system integrator market, ideally gained from working in the business development role within vendors and IT consulting companies.Ability to build relationships to strategic relationships and identify relationships that others need to buildA self-starter with experience planning and successfully executing a strategic business development/ account planExperience in developing strong relationships with technical and business leadersExperience in overseeing and leading the bid team in planning and delivery of the pre-qualification questionnaire and bid submissions in line with agreed strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong business acumen, good influencing and negotiating skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese Additional Locations:  * Hong Kong * Hong Kong
