The Solutions Sales Dir is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to achieve profitable growth within an assigned region. The Solution Sales Director leads the relationship with industry clients, consulting on workforce solutions to improve their business results. Partners with pursuit team and collaborates with other brand subject matter expert/sales teams to identify opportunities, draft solutions, and drive them through to a win.

• Translate Manpower sales strategy and priorities into a clear growth strategy, collaborating with regional leadership to ensure execution
• Develops and executes a sales, delivery and retention strategy for the assigned region that results in a predictable pipeline and growth results aligned to profitability targets.
• Consistently increases market share within assigned region.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the client/s; their skill set needs, products and services, culture and company initiatives and how they buy from us.
• Uses knowledge of client business cycles and industry activity to anticipate change, mitigate risk and ensure Manpower remains relevant as a talent solution for the clients in assigned region.
• Targets and engages in relevant networking opportunities that drive connections and promotes Manpower’s brand in the market.
• Act as “solutions expert” consultant in helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
People Leadership
• Inspire and influence a team of Business Development Managers and Market Leaders to capitalize on opportunities in the industry and ultimately win new opportunities.
• Leading and training the sales organization in the adoption of best practices managing the entire sales process – targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing
• Participate in the regularly scheduled training sessions to facilitate ongoing learning for themselves and their regional team
• Work with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies
• Sets sales goals and expectations, monitoring KPI performance against goals and managing the sales staff to those expectations, developing and implementing sales methodologies

• Gather and utilize market data and analysis to inform short-term and long-term strategies and forecasting.
• Develop customized workforce solutions for clients that meet their unique needs, by collaborating across teams/brands and leveraging the full suite of Manpower solutions.
• Drive ManpowerGroup’s expertise and growth in focus industry by staying up to date and sharing expertise to intensify the team’s capabilities and knowledge.
• Offer support, counseling, advice, motivation or information to sales talent within their region to help them meet their sales objectives.
• Monitor team and individual performance regularly to ensure meeting goals and expectations.
• Work with regional leadership to establish a clear and effective plan for growing our customer base.
• Remote position no preference on time zone-team may span time zones
• 10% travel as required for client meetings, presentations or other events
