When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office. 一、岗位职责 1. 全面负责分配工程项目的全流程管理，包括项目前期对接、施工方案编制、现场施工组织、进度把控、质量监督、安全管理及竣工验收等全周期工作，确保项目按计划、按标准顺利交付 2. 统筹项目团队、施工班组、供应商及甲方等多方资源，协调各方沟通对接，及时解决项目施工过程中出现的技术、进度、协调类问题，保障项目高效推进 3. 协助确认暖通设备选型、技术方案优化，主导图纸会审与技术交底工作，针对施工中的技术难题提供专业解决方案，保障施工技术合规、工艺达标 4. 协助完成电气相关配套工作，参与项目电气系统与暖通系统的联动调试、简单电气线路规划及现场电气施工协调，配合电气专业人员完成相关配套任务 5. 负责项目资料整理归档，包括施工日志、技术资料、验收资料、签证变更文件等，确保项目资料完整、规范，符合归档及审计要求。 6. 及时响应客户需求，定期汇报项目进展情况，提升客户满意度，配合完成项目回款相关工作。 7. 严格落实施工现场安全管理规范，开展安全培训、安全巡查，排查安全隐患，杜绝安全事故发生。 二、任职资格 1. 学历与专业：大专及以上学历，建筑环境与能源应用工程、暖通空调、制冷、机电安装等相关专业优先 2. 工作经验：5-8年暖通工程项目管理全职工作经验，有独立负责中型暖通工程、机电安装工程项目全程管理的成功案例，熟悉暖通施工全流程与行业规范。 3. 专业知识：精通暖通空调系统设计、施工工艺、设备安装及调试流程，掌握暖通工程施工质量验收标准、成本管控要点；了解基础电气知识、电气系统与暖通系统配套原理，能协助完成简单电气相关施工协调工作 4. 证书资质：持有一级/二级建造师证书（机电工程专业）、安全员等相关行业证书者优先 5. 软件技能：熟练使用AutoCAD、Project等工程绘图、项目管理软件，能独立看懂施工图纸、编制项目方案与报表 三、其他要求 1. 接受项目现场办公，适应工程行业不定期出差、驻场工作模式。 2. 无重大工程安全事故、质量事故责任记录，遵守行业职业道德 3. 了解最新暖通行业技术、施工规范及材料工艺，具备持续学习的意识与能力 We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
